One can use Facebook for discussing and learning, but the archiving and search function is shitty. Also, if it's a large group and you have good, important and persuasive info - FB will lock you out of the large group.
In a small group it appears you can survive FWIW.
But the social pressure of FB - every body'es watching everybody and no one wants to be called out as a "conspiracy theorist" in front of their friends, leads to a lock jam.
People might read and you might get a large reach but they won't comment.
Also, the top off the number of followers "intellectual types" can have - as opposed to pop starts. And even 5K thought leaders are shills - plants.
It's a lot of work, What they do.
If you have a Forum on the web they will block you from google. And in worst case will just take you down. Pay someone to take you down.
