As for "are we alone?" I believe in God and spiritual beings. Angels and demons are real.

I guess Bolton axed the Pandemic Response Group because they would have been in deep on this.

Potus being ahead of the Plan means white hats hijacked the Op to mitigate damage and prevent a false Panic. As we see some say nothing burg and some say deadly pandemic, Potus is cool about it.
