Pelosi ‘s SOTU Adress invitation to President Trump missing a Time and Signature of the Senate Majority Leader

Dear Mr. President:

In their great wisdom, our Founders crafted a Constitution based on a system of separation of powers: three co-equal branches acting as checks on each other. To ensure that balance of powers, the Constitution calls for the President to “from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union.”

In the spirit of respecting our Constitution, I invite you to deliver your State of the Union address before a Joint Session of Congress on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 in the Chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives.

She also omits specifying a time on the invitation to [Obama]. However, those State of the Union Address invitations were signed jointly by the Speaker AND the Senate Majority Leader.

Appears [Pelosi] fashions herself as Dictator of these United States.

Last year, the invitation was sent on January 3, 2019. On January 23, 2019, Pelosi sent President Trump a letter postponing the State of the Union Address invitation due to the government shutdown.

The REASON the government was shutdown is the US Congress had FAILED to perform their Constitutional duty to appropriate the funds from the Treasury before the start of the fiscal year (Oct 1, 2018) nor provide a continuing resolution or appropriations bill in accordance with the Budget Act.

Another Speaker of the House Pelosi… FAIL.
