>keep thinking there is more to his fanatical hatred of our President
You are right - he de-throned them. They effectively own the City of London, the financial center of NY, had the Soviet Union until Stalin purged them, so they infiltrated further here and after taking over the R party and creating Conservatism, Inc. they wrought serious havoc here (consider how far they were able to "progress" until Trump). They HAD power in Soviet Union until it was taken. They took over here and considering we have the largest military (+bases everywhere) they effectively ruled the worldโฆ until TRUMP.
He snatched their power away just when they were about to cement the D majority forever (they are after all, underneath behind that). Just as they will always hate Persia for the fake Ester story and will hate Russian people for the Czar making them go farm in the Pale of Settlement (Ukraine) and Stalin for purging them and Putin for reining in their oligarchs, they will always, always hate Trump.
There is a continuity, and without some background knowledge it's impossible to see it or really understand current events or even our recent history.
