The nature of being an island.

Hawaii is currently being used as an in-field infection rate research opportunity. Never do reports of fully populated areas being used as testing for infectious disease research make it past heads of state.

The reality of researching an infection is that to accurately simulate spread and how to cure it, depending on the scale and nCov-2019 being classified as a global pandemic as early as next week, it is, while unfortunate, required to have a location for actual testing.

My team sees this as a serious gray area in ethics, however given the current state of affairs with nCov-2019, this situation is a ‘few for the many’ scenario. Hawaii being an island makes it the ideal location in this circumstance.

Compartmentalization of data metrics. My station receives the results. Atlanta is where the number crunchers are. No way of physically seeing full metrics unless TS-SC is issued.
