Meteorites do not zigzag all over the sky. Pieces may depart, slow down and describe a different path to earth, but no zigzagging. In 1999 as I was driving home from Seattle with my younger brother we witnessed a big meteorite passing from south to the north over the Olympic Peninsula about 10pm. I pulled over to the shoulder of the freeway and we watched the awesome light show. Too bad cell phones didn't have cameras at that time. It was at least a 20 second show, maybe longer.
That video wasn't showing a meteorite.
