[Justice] Roberts’ Act of Treason by upholding violations to the Constitution

Violating to the Constitution… like taking a bill passed in the House and sending it to the Senate and then by amendment replace the ENTIRE text of the bill with new text that raises revenue for the government. Though not technically introduced in the Senate, the revenue bill was violence and mockery of the Constitution which specifies revenue bills be introduced in the House. The bill that was amended was the Service Members Home Ownership Tax Act of 2009" (H.R. 3590) bill and the amendment that replaced the text was the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act".

My opinion, Pelosi and Reid deserve to be hung by the neck until dead for the act of Treason against the US Constitution.

The [DIS]honorable Roberts is guilty of High Treason for upholding their deceit to violate the procedures and requirements set forth in the US Constitution.

From the GovTrack Summary Updated Feb 3, 2013

This is the Senate's health care bill. The bill started off with text regarding an unrelated matter but the Senate is co-opted this bill as a vehicle for passage of their reform and changed the text in whole to the health care bill. They do this because the Constitution requires all revenue bills to start in the House, and their health reform plan involves revenue. So they have chosen to work off of a bill that started in the House, even if that bill is unrelated.
