The other stuff is a little incoherent. What you need to remember about gematria is that 1) there are many systems, so any given input can produce many different outputs, 2) and most peoples' names are of similar length and will contain a similar frequency-distribution of letters; so if you plot the output of many many names then graph will produce a fairly tight bell-curve. In other words, your name (any name) is gonna 'match' a lot of stuff and a lot of other people. And when you allow yourself to flip numbers over or rearrange them this will increase the range of matches even further.
Q telling us to think "no coincidences" is a good way to compensate for the natural tendency to dismiss whatever can be dismissed as coincidence. Important for finding connections in research. But there are such things a coincidences in the real world. "No coincidences" shouldn't be treated as an absolute maxim.
