Miller uses a grammatically correct nonsense example;
"THE THE IS FOR THE THE"
"Which syntax is correct?"
"Depends on the volition of the writing is".
"How would I make a determination as to [which one] is correct?"
"I would look at all the rest of the thinking of the person/the other paragraph around it to see which one of the [numerical] patterns had been duplicated before and that would tell me what his volition was when he wrote this part."
He then makes a comment about Franklin writing the Constitution, being involved in the Bill of Rights and patterns showing he and others monkeyed around w/other documents.
It can be used in a limited capacity to look at things forensically even if that was never the intent.
