Unlike Congressional Committees, Horowitz and, it seems Durham, the FISC under Judge Boasberg is moving at a rapid pace.

12/9/19 Horowitz FISC report issued.

12/17/19 Boasberg demands reform recommendations to assure factual accuracy in FISA submissions from Chris Wray/FBI setting a deadline of 1/10/20.

1/10/20 Wray/FBI actually meet the deadline and submit a report. Boasberg immediately orders Kris to review the FBI report.

1/15/20 Kris submits his review to Boasberg.

Kris clearly notes that there are many other issues in Horowitz' report for which reforms are needed. So far, Boasberg, Kris and even Wray are behaving like professions who recognize the importance of fixing the FISA process and the FBI's misdeeds.

I may be judging Wray too harshly, he may be doing terrific things internally and can't talk about them because of confidentiality or maybe he just lacks public speaking pzazz. I do know I would not want his job over these past years, so God bless him with the Wisdom to know what needs doing and the Courage and Perseverance to do it.
