I started off here totally anti-FE'ers. Thought they weren't smart enough to see how it couldn't work that way.
Now I'm more in their camp than the official story. Once you find a few major problems with the official model, you're forced to acknowledge it cannot be what they say it is. We can see too far. The problem with Flat Earth stuff is that for every REALLY smart presentation, you'll have to sift thru 99 pretty flawed-to-awful ones. But once you start finding good ones… ugh… it's not what we're sold.
It's been about my biggest cognitive dissonance issue so far. I still won't say I know it's flat, but I certainly lean that way now.
