Last Gov't. contract payment to AAS was in 2014. It looks like two new contracts have been let; one in 2017 and one in 2018 although no money has been paid. So Igor gets $59M in govt. contracts up to 2014, then wins a summary judgement in a $65M lawsuit agains the Navy. Wonder if that hanger problem was a 7/10 collapse.
