This is precisely the kind of attack that WAAS is intended to mitigate. You'd need to be able to affect both the "weak" GPS signals, as well as the comparatively much stronger WAAS signals, and in a coordinated way that you'd be able to fool the receiver into giving a false location or track. This is a much taller order than simply attacking GPS.
