It seems to me that certain people are given certain medications that make them susceptible or more susceptible to brain entrainment. Signals sent on a carrier wave (i.e., phone signal) that affect the person in a way they don't have control over themselves.

I'm glad you posted that again. I only got one from pb. I like making these and you're not wrong about how to portray large complex data sets in graphical format to convey the information simply. I have been given high level books on this.

And for the doubters of this type of graphics - "Expand Your Thinking" was a booklet about just this, and the MILINT guys in the very beginning tried really hard to get us to understand this!
