Gold is an excellent conductor…. when your trying to channel spirits/beings it helps to wear your chains, bracelets. It's also the ritual aspect as well.
I have a Celtic cross and wear many native American and pagan bracelets. Never go a day without them. I honestly have no idea what I would do without them as well.
