Group of Chinese students appeared unannounced at Grinnell College in Central Iowa, were escorted to a holding room and later boarded their bus and left the campus. The room they were in was cleaned per CDC guidelines.

The questions are, where exactly did they come from, are they ill, and where did they go? No one knows. Or isn't saying.
