I don’t know much except general knowledge—not my particular deal, so to speak. American vs British (Scottish). The difference of 20 degrees, I wuldn’t presume to know with any certainty. Both have an “extra” relative to public record (13 and 33 vs 12 and 32). Or i could be wrong on what little I even think I know.
