$90 Billion in US Taxpayer Money Donated to Global Slush Fund to Fight AIDS But a Portion of the Funds Made It to Clintons, Soros and Others Instead

An investigative report revealed that $90 Billion in US Taxpayer money has been funneled to overseas organizations in the name of helping those with HIV AIDS. In reality the funds are distributed to organizations including the Clinton Health Access Initiative and George Soros’s Open Health Institute.

Corey Diggs put together a report that shows that efforts to combat HIV AIDS may just be fronts for money laundering schemes ran by the Clintons and George Soros. The story begins in August 2000, a few months before Bill Clinton’s second term ends. On August 19, 2000:

Bill Clinton signed a bill establishing the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, intending to locate it inside the World Bank in Switzerland.

The Washington Post reported “Clinton, who will travel to Nigeria and Tanzania, is directing Treasury Secretary Lawrence H. Summers to begin negotiations with the World Bank to set up the trust fund.”

In her efforts to unfold the truth, Diggs uncovered that money sent from the US to help fight AIDS actually ends up in the hands of the likes of George Soros:

In 2003, The Global Fund issued [with funds from the US and others] its first grant to the Open Health Institute (OHI), an Open Society Foundation affiliate (George Soros) operating in the Russian Federation, to the tune of $88 million. Yes, Russia. Grants continued through 2018. But this wasn’t the only involvement George Soros had with the Global Fund. More on this in subsequent chapters.

• The ANTIAIDS Foundation was founded by Elena Franchuk and husband Victor Pinchuk in the Ukraine, who went on to work with the Clinton Health Access Initiative in 2004. Of course, the Pinchuks also partnered with Coca-cola, George Soros, Kofi Annan, Elton John, and others. Victor Pinchuk was also a big donor to the Clinton Foundation. More on this in subsequent chapters.

In 2002 the Clintons inserted themselves into the global initiatives with AIDS:

Enter Bill and Hillary Clinton, who had nicely set this into motion back in 2000 just before Bill’s exit from the White House, and with the Clinton Foundation already established, why not create an illegal offshoot called Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) and say it’s part of the foundation? Despite the fact it’s totally illegal to claim another non-profit within a non-profit without filing separate tax returns or registering it as a separate entity, but hey, this is par for the course for the Clintons. In fact, they went on with this charade for 7 whole years from 2002-2009 when they finally decided to separate it out as its own entity and begin listing their donors. This donor list is quite an eye opener and very extensive to say the least, including such donors as UNITAID, the Clinton Foundation, the CDC and CDC Foundation, WHO, The Global Fund, the World Bank, governments, universities, and hundreds more. Surely there is no pay-to-play action taking place in this upstanding organization.

Turkey failed to notify of convoy movements in Syria’s Idlib before getting shelled by Damascus troops – Russian military

A shelling incident in Syria in which Ankara said six of its soldiers were killed may have been caused by the failure of the Turkish side to warn about the movement of their convoy, the Russian military said.

“Units of the Turkish military conducted movement within the Idlib de-escalation zone during the nighttime from February 2 to February 3 without informing the Russian side and came under fire by the Syrian government troops, which were targeting terrorists west of Saraqib,” the Russian center for Syrian reconciliation said on Monday.

The statement stressed that there are established lines of communications between Russian forces in Syria and the Turkish command. It added that Turkish aircraft did not enter the Syrian airspace after the incident, contrary to some reports in the Turkish media, which said Ankara ordered airstrikes at Syrian positions in retaliation for the shelling.

The Turkish Defense Ministry earlier reported that four soldiers were killed and nine others injured in the shelling incident. The death toll rose to six later in the day.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan responded quickly, promising to continue retaliating heavily to any attacks against Turkish forces in Syria's Idlib Province.

Omer Celik, spokesman for Turkey’s ruling party, rejected the words of the Russian ministry, saying it was “not correct.”

“Turkey is providing regular and instant information to Russia. It also informed them of this latest event,” he tweeted. “It is not true to say information was not shared. The mechanisms in place were utilized as always.”

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded to the incident by stressing that Turkish and Russian military commanders are “in a constant contact” over Idlib, reiterating the military’s remarks.

Idlib governorate is a designated “de-escalation zone” under agreements between Russia, Turkey and Iran. Ankara is expected to use its influence among anti-government fighters controlling it to prevent hostilities with Damascus troops, eventually leading to a peaceful resolution. In practice, some jihadists in Idlib continue attacks at government-held parts of Syria and on several occasions launched drone attacks on the Russian air base in Latakia, ensuring continued fighting.

Senate To Call 'Whistleblower' As Part Of Three-Pronged Investigation Into Impeachment Origins

Senate Republicans are gearing up for a three-pronged investigation into the origins of Congressional Democrats' impeachment of President Trump, according to the Washington Examiner.

"I want to understand how all this crap started," Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Fox News's Sunday Morning Futures, who added that the Senate would begin their investigations "within weeks."

"The Senate Intel Committee under Richard Burr has told us that they will call the whistleblower," said Graham.

Whether it's a legitimate search for the truth or a convenient way to assuage frustrated Republicans who wanted fireworks during the Senate impeachment trial has yet to be seen.

Let's recall what Senate Republicans plan to unravel;

The Whistelblower, outed by investigative reporter Paul Sperry as Eric Ciaramella, is a registered Democrat who worked for then-VP Joe Biden, former CIA Director John Brennan, and was appointed by former National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster in June, 2017 as his personal aide according to RedState. Ciaramella, who radio host Rush Limbaugh called "essentially a spy for John Brennan," was also a frequent visitor to the Obama White House.

In November, the Washington Examiner reported: "It is likely that the whistleblower traveled on Air Force Two at least one of the six visits that Biden made to Ukraine."

"If the whistleblower is a former employee of — associate of Joe Biden, I think that would be important. If the whistleblower was working with people on Schiff’s staff that wanted to take Trump down a year-and-a-half ago, I think that would be important. If the Schiff staff people helped write the complaint, that would be important. We’re going to get to the bottom of all of this to make sure this never happens again," said Sen. Graham.

China Update: Hong Kong Closes Nearly All Border Crossings with China – Chinese Using HIV Drug to Combat Coronavirus

Due to the Wuhan coronavirus most of Hong Kong citizens again worked from home today after a couple weeks of holidays and avoiding crowds. The concern over the virus continues to grow.

Hong Kong medical workers went on strike in an effort to encourage the Hong Kong government to shut down the borders with China. The BBC reported:

Hundreds of hospital workers in Hong Kong have gone on strike, demanding the border with mainland China be completely closed to reduce the risk of the coronavirus spreading.

Hong Kong has suspended cross-border rail and ferry services, but health workers want a total border closure.

Late Monday night in Hong Kong it was announced that more border crossings with China will be closed. Only the airport and one border crossing are still open.

Warring Libya sides sit down for Geneva talks agreed in Berlin

The two major warring parties in the Libyan civil war have for the first time sat down for commission-level talks in Geneva. The meeting was agreed at the Libya summit in Berlin, after a peace process started by Russia and Turkey.

Officials from the UN-backed Government of National Accord (GNA) and Libya’s National Army (LNA), which is led by General Khalifa Haftar, have gathered in Geneva for the first session of the Libyan Joint Military Commission. The talks are UN-brokered and are moderated by the UN Special Representative Ghassan Salamé. Each side sent five of its officers to the meeting.

The commission was agreed as part of a deal reached in Berlin during a summit attended by Haftar, as well as the GNA Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj, alongside the leaders of France, Germany, Russia, Turkey, UK, and the US Secretary of State. The commission’s first session is seen as a step forward in the Libyan conflict resolution, since the two sides previously repeatedly refused to engage in direct talks.

The commission is primarily tasked with maintaining the ceasefire between the GNA and the LNA and with resolving any issues that arise. The two sides that have been in a state of war for years joined the truce upon the initiative of Russia and Turkey ahead of another summit in Moscow that laid the groundwork for the Berlin meeting.

Libya was plunged into chaos after the 2011 NATO-backed "revolution" overthrew and killed the long-time ruler Muammar Gaddafi. The country remained splintered between warring militant faction for years, until the GNA and the LNA emerged as the two leading claimants to governing Libya. In effect, however, Haftar's forces and allies now control most of the country, while the Tripoli-based government of PM Fayez al-Sarraj has found itself besieged in the capital city Tripoli.

Wuhan Begins Human Trials Of New Gilead Coronavirus Vaccine

Last week, scientists in Hong Kong warned that it might take up to a year for them to produce and test a vaccine to fight the deadly coronavirus that has now killed more people than SARS in mainland China. But on Monday, shares of drug company Gilead climbed following reports that it's conducting a human trial for a drug to fight the outbreak, according to Bloomberg.
