Best example I can give is something like bankruptcy. They recognize courts and sometimes they [Cabal] do not get paid, but dont send an army after a low $ debtor. So yes they do use laws, When to their advantage, and cheat if not.
Respectfully to you Anon, I hope you agree that WE do need to use the laws at our disposal, so understanding their systems allows us to use Legal systems to challenge control.
