Why the Impeachment vote doesn't occur till the day after the SOTU?

It's a message - "President Trump, don't even think about getting blunt and direct during your speech."

It's ok to be anti-white but not ok to be anti-black. It's ok to be anti-family but it's not ok to be anti-homosexual. It's ok to be anti-man but it's not ok to be anti-woman. It's ok to be anti-Patriot but it's not ok to be anti-Liberal.
