The Anon was posting about the various Catholic power structures including Black, grey and white Popes, but also included info about the Bourbon bloodline. As part of this they said that King Carlos of Spain was essentially the King of the World ie sitting at the top of all the various families and power structures. Shame I can't find the post because it would be consistent with this area of digging.
