Anyone else watching/listening to C-Span?

Here and there, someone is talking at podium and all of a sudden that person is gone and another is talking.

I think this has been pre-recorded. Have they rounded up the deep state and did they record this in advance? LOOKS LIKE IT TO ME

I was watching and/or listening all day and I noticed at least twice that a particular Senator would be speaking and then poof that person was gone and someone else was speaking. This wasn't live at all. Picking up the bad actors but making the public believe all is well?
