Pelosi is Wrong. The House Investigation H. Res. 660 was closed/resolved with H. Res. 755
H. Res 660 (Oct 31) authorized investigation into Articles of Impeachment.
House Rules Committee issued H. Rept 116-266 as a part of H. Res 660. After the investigation is completed, the Resolved Clause is enacted to send the articles to the Senate.
H. Res. 755 (Dec 18) is the Resolved Clause in which Articles I and II were sent to the Senate.
So by the procedures set out by the resolution and the Rules Committee, the House inquiry into grounds for impeachment were completed and Resolved with H. Res. 755 sending the Articles to the Senate. Now the Senate has a duty to rule on the Facts and not the Party and vote to acquit President Trump of the false allegations and charges.
Any new House inquiries would require a new House Resolution (and further Abuse of Power by the House).
