investigate colleges that suddenly closed.

why did they 'run out of revenue' when the business model had been to ramp up the school?

Mt Ida College? how did it go-down into the briney depth?

It's only a short distance from an Ecadorian consulate in a leafy suburb (on a side street in the hidden 'beatuiful people' parts).

Mt Ida built a gigantic sports facility . . .

it was quite a story.

I don't know how their revenue dried up . . .

but here is the point: then there was fighting between the various branches of the University of Massachusetts with one branch 'assuming the debt' of the college and the other branch coplaining that they will loose business (that the other part of the State University is competing in 'their territory'.)

My theory? that they must have had huge contracts under Barry S dictatorship which were removed by the reformation of governace that the Trump Administration brought in.

I think that the student loan debt crisis is revealled by studying bond issued by public universities and colleges, and

"where did all the money go"

and who has to pay it back . . .

a bail out of student loans must include an attempt to claw back profiteering by public pensions or private pension of the monies from these colleges.
