I just saw a quick clip of Binden on FOx.
He was babbling about thinking he would do well in Iowa and said " be careful what you say because it is not done yet." I don't know where he was but he was walking around talking to people.
I think he just confessed to rigging it. I think he had someone talking in his ear and he repeated them instead of understanding they were warning him to be careful .
