Honestly, it could actually be true, they claim they did it all through the United Nations and other globalists, who aren't our friends.
So if they had even a hint of legal standing, I think the UN would giggle at the idea of giving a redneck our flag not considering the big picture.
The problem is, everything he claims, requires a FOIA of sorts to get that type of info/proof. I started the process but halted since I really don't want my personal info/name in public.
The Wynn Miller guy claimed to be familiar w/Bill Clinton, the Jay Gould guy claims Miller was the one who asked him if he wanted to own the world (I'm very loosely paraphrasing from like 20hrs of video).
The whole thing is further interesting because the Navy is claimed to be the only one who took an interest. This seems a legit outcome since everything he discusses is in maritime language. Porting/docking/vessels, etc. I'm prior USAF so it's pig Latin to me but those Navy men, maybe it got their attention.
