I responded to that particular anon in the first thread and he reposted in the next because he wasn't seeing (you)s and so missed the explanation.
NOTHING HAPPENED
He misheard McConnell, didn't understand Senate procedure (quorum call, call absence of a quorum) or the verbiage McConnell used to describe the schedule for the next day (today). It was nothing out of the ordinary - I watched it live.
Please clarify this to other people who are confused and/or wondering.
WE really, really need civics classes in the US again!
