Economy is the best it's ever been–miiltary, border, pride restored.

The state of our union is strong tha ever before.

Our agenda is pro-American.

We are advancing with unbridled optimism.

There are 7 mil new jobs, unemployment rate lowest in over half a century.

Average unempl. rate is lower than under any other admin:

Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, African amer youth, vets, disabled, those wo/hs diploma - lowest in history.

For women, lowest in 70 yrs. A record no of young Americans are employed. 10 mil lifted off welfare.

Have reversed failed economic policies of previous admin >>great economic success.

3.5mil have joined the workforce. Bottom workers - net worth increased 47%. 16% pay increase.

Blue collar boom. Median household income: highest level ever recorded.

Stock markets have soared - another record. Consumer confidence - have reached new highs.

Opportunity zones have helped poor neighborhoods. Example: Tony Rankins.

Roaring economy has helped prisoners. Criminal justice reform, too.

US now the top producer of oil and natural gas. Energy jobs are at a record high.

Restoring our nation's industrial might–12000 new factories.

Companies are coming back to the USA.

Replaced NAFTA with USMCA. Will create 100,000 new auto jobs and improve trade.

Fairness and reciprocity have returned.

New trade deal with China; good trade relations.

We are rebuilding OUR country and standing up for freedom in our hemisphere (new Cuba policy).

Leading a coalition against Maduro. True preisdent of Venezuela is here (Guido).

Invested $2.2 trillion in US military. Purchased new equipment made in USA.

NATO Allies are now paying their fair share. More than doubled.

Only victories in WA are those that deliver for the American people.

Our job is to put America first.

Next step: Great education for all children. No child should be trapped in a failing gov't school.

Wants greater school choice. 18 states have created opportunity scholarships; very popular. Genia Davis - one on a waiting list. Now she gets one. Congress: plz pass the Education Freedom Scholarship and Opportunities Act.

No parent should be forced to send their to a failing gov't school.

Be Best initiative - FLOTUS.

Congress: plz support vocational and tech ed in every high school; support black colleges.

Health care system: b4 i took office, health care plans had doubled in 5 yrs. Now they are 60% less expensive–and better.

Pre existing conditions protected. Same with medicare and social security.

EO: provides for price transparency. Will save families better.

132 members of Congress want private health care to be abolished (gov't only). Same with providing health care for illegals = radical Left. Prohibit free gov't healthcare for illegals.

New wall will help this. 100 miles completed; 500 soon.

New drugs approved faster; prescriptions drugs cheaper too. [at this point, dems stand up and wave hands in objection; shouting something]. Calling for bipartisan support for more….

Opioid epidemic stats better.

Fighting corona virus and other infectious diseases. Will eradicate AIDS by end of the decade.

Rush Limbaugh just diagnosed with cancer; thanks to him. Will receive Medal of Freedom. [Rush looks overcome.]

Asking Congress to fund $50mil for neonatal research. Also to pass legislation banning late term abortion.

New law: paid family leave for Fed employees; serves as a model for rest of the country.

Now I call on Congress to pass the bipartisan Advancing Support for Working Families Act; extends this to families across the nation. [looks right at Dems!]

Environment: One trillion Trees initiative supporter.

Must also rebuild America's infrastructure. New highways, tunnels, bridges. Access to high speed internet espec in rural America.

We must also keep America safe–support law enforcement, including ICE. ICE arrested more than 120,000 illegals, inclues 2000 murders. Sanctuary cities: local officials don't hand over criminals to ICE. Example of rape and murder of 92 yr old woman.

California: whole state is sanctuary. Dec 2018 example; guy went on crime spree. [Nancy staring hard at the table….] Brother here tonight. Tom Tillis: legislation would allow citizens to sue sanctuary states when this happens. Justice for Sanctuary Cities Act should be passed immediately.

Last 5 years, ICE arrested 5000 human traffickers and i have signed 5 pcs of legislation re the same. No more catch and release.

Illegal crossings down 75% since May, dropping eight straight months in a row.

As wall goes up, drug seizures are up. Introduces Chief Ortiz. Old immigration policies need replacing.

Working with Mitch McConnell, having confirmed 187 new federal judges, including Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. "And we have many in the pipeline."

Supports Constitutional right to pray in school. "In America, we celebrate faith."

We also support the right to keep and bear arms.

America is a frontier nation. Next frontier: Artemis program - go to Mars.

Nat'l Security - we are combating radical Islamic terrorism. Promoting Peace Plan in middle East. Now ISIS destroyed, and their leaders, al-Bagdadi, is dead. Kayla Mueller kidnapped, tortured and enslaved by ISIS/al-Bagdadi; then murdered.

Iran must stop exporting terror. Sanctions hurt them; but they can recover with our help, what they do is up to them.
