Try using xylitol products (mints, gum, mouthwash) as often as you can. And if you can stand it - chew gently on raw whole cloves (the spice) then hold them between cheek and gums as long as you can. But I'm not an expert. Check the book "Kiss your dentist goodbye" by Dr Ellie Phillips.
