Well here's a thought. What if that is true? What if all these cabal types are making a run for their bolt holes in [insert location here]? But Q already knows everything about those locations. So once they make their escape they just end up captured and imprisoned immediately. Maybe even in a white hat prison located nearby. Would make picking them up a lot easier.
