Reports I read cited all kinds of functional issues with App which prevented people trying to report results, also a bit about having accurate data butnot reporting it all. I assumed white hats ensured it would not work as designed (to cheat) so crashed it?
Definitely something to keep an eye on, if it was all Bernie good for him! Having GS involved and Q posting tells me MILINT had a hand in it.
