I have a q for any legalfags or anyone that has wisdom on the topic.

So we have watchdog co.'s like Judicial Watch filing FOIA lawsuits every other day, right? God bless those guys- without them we'd have even less to work with than we do, and we need every page we can get..

What's stopping individual citizens from doing the same type of thing?

Maybe not FOIAs per say, I'm thinking more like: Anon vs The State of Iowa re: Election interference–

So what if Anon is wrong, and the case gets proved in favor of Dems?

How is that any different (besides obvious legal differences) from MSM co.'s smearing anyone they see fit? What about the intentional mis-reporting on key topics? etc etc etc

Either way, the public light would shine on the corruption. There are too many good journalists out there for something like that to stay silent.

And that's the same fucking game they play on the good guys.

Is there anything stopping an individual from suing the shit out of these corrupt, non-thinking NPCs and having some sort of net gain for the good guys?

I imagine said Anon would be ..a martyr.. but would it be worth it?

People have survived scientology… it's not improbable..
