EYES ON RUDY

Why is TWITTER artificially forcing the phrase 'Mr Mayor' to trend???? At only 1,400+ tweets, it shouldn't be trending alongside phrases garnering 160k tweets. But it is. There is no algorithm for such a low traffic phrase to trend. Its artificially boosted. A look through the tweets saying Mr. Mayor are not of any one topic or to any one mayor, though Rudy does get 'mr mayor' from some twitter users, so does Sadiq Khan. It SHOULD NOT BE TRENDING.

I think its a comm about Rudy Guiliani. EYES ON HIM, they could be plotting something.
