Today is a wonderful wonderful day - we have seen a great show and have been entertained. Let us remember that all of this is by God's design, the Maker of all things seen and unseen, who works through man and son of man.

And God chose to show the world a truth: our enemy has learned to profit from human misery. Our enemy has monetized human misery (and indeed all human existence - geez you can't get out of bed in the morning without it costing something!) Our enemy truly thrives on our brokenness, our pain, our loss, our sins….and even our very existence. Literally getting rich off of our needs, our failures, even our thoughts and dreams.

And so we see who is most unhappy about our successes, our rise from traps and darkness. We know why they scream and their tongues flap (Nancy can barely keep her tongue in her mouth!) We can see….and we can feel it in our souls - this battle against principalities and powers.

But we are not afraid, because we have the Holy Spirit within us, we have God watching over us with wonderful plans for his people…and we have Jesus who did what he said he would do, and was indeed who he said he was. We must learn that our Lord provides, and trust in that.

I send my thanks and praise to our Lord today, let us rejoice in His plan, for it is perfect. WWG1WGA WW In Jesus' name Amen!
