It would be consistent with what we've seen in Hong Kong, Iraq, Iran, France, etc. Except, that the ChiComs are so anxious to lock it down and prevent news escaping that they are resorting to the type of internal purge that communist states are so well known for. The "virus" cover keeps anyone outside from getting curious, and gives internal and external cover for the killing of protestors and dissidents. Just a funny feeling that I have.
