Reggie (Reginald) Walton was Chief Judge of the FISA Court in 2013. He was at the White House RIGHT AFTER the Boston Marathon False Flag Attack on 4/19/13.

 

Why would he go to the White House then, while the "manhunt" was underway?

 

He was there numerous times in 2011, and then only on 4/19/13 and 7/16/16
