The SOTU address is an official report to Congress from The president that is constitutionally mandated to be sent. POTUS does not have to give it orally. He does have to give it.

Nancy is trying to imply the President lied. That would mean he falsified a constitutionally required report to Congress. That is impeachable!

How can she make the claim he spoke falsehoods, as he read aloud the report he was required to give, and not move for articles of impeachment?

She is claiming he is lying about this but not pursuing it. She must think it is less true than the shit she put forward with his phone call!
