Isn't trying again after a full acquittal literally the same as raising on a busted flush?

Because once a formal idctment (read: impeachment) is sent to the court (senate) for trial, it has to be either disposed or prosecuted.
In this case it was prosecuted so the jury (senators) made their decision.
