Example. I found a sign at a yardsale last summer, paid $2 for it, sold it on eBay for $750. Not common, but I turn $1 into $50 all the time. eBay takes 10%, paypal 3%, but you take an item from a small market and put it into a market where millions of potential buyers exist..
