I wonder if Q was trying to leave a hidden clue here. First letter is B followed by seven letter M's then one line with a lowercase letter P then two letter M's then a C. So if the M's were counted in groups respectively, then the number of the letter in alphabet, you'd have altogether:

The Q post is then followed by:

I counted the groups of letters M's I saw and converted to letters. I saw seven lines of sentences in a row that had letter M then separated by end of a sentence that started on a line with letter p and a pair of sentences with letter M. 7=G and 2=B

Q still abbreviates and leaves cryptic messages. Not buying that. He's been more straightforward but still not letting out too much.
If Q was part of intelligence, then would likely pass along cryptic information at times in his drops that certain people would understand. Like simple ciphers and such. Who knows.
