What advanced weapons did POTUS send to Ukraine?

Preface: Yuge hot war that simmers on Russian border. Exposed RUS MIL for intense study of capabilities and methods. Note that UKR has its own well-developed arms industry as it was once integrated with the Soviet military-industrial-complex. UKR needs advanced weapons because 1) it is at war with a big power and US rival and 2) it is self-sufficient on basic weapons and materials. UKR industry is very familiar with RUS-made weapons and, thus, based on these points, UKR is strategic ally in advancing US competition against RUS sales/ supplies to world market for weapons. They can give valuable goods as much as they can consume our valuable goods.

Think Art of the Deal, again.

2 + 2 = 6?

Since 2014, the United States has provided Ukraine more than $3 billion in total assistance, including security and non-security assistance, as well as three $1 billion sovereign loan guarantees, according to a State Department official.

3b + 1b = 4b (simple logic as in 2 + 2 = 4)

Add layered corruption (laundering and cuts to players).

2 + 2 = 6 [billion] ("expanded" logic)
