Um no, the side effects of SSRIs are not "unfortunate" (your word, implying accidental), the side effects are well known and are purposefully employed in combination with "therapy" that manipulates people and implants ideas and suggestions.
And it doesn't much matter if one calls the program MK-Ultra or Monarch Mind Control, they are related, one the outgrowth of the other, both utilized to weaponize and control people.
