1- This question makes a presumption that is not currently in evidence. Contrary to popular sheeple opinion, our Country is supposed to be a Constitutional Republic; NOT a democracy.

2- Democracy is REALLY largely:

a) 'mob rule by the masses' and precedes...

b) a watered down version of Socialism which is

c) a watered down version of Communism (their end game)

 

Free speech logistically would exclude any such thing as antisemetic speech.

The mere fact that "We The People" would allow such laws are what perpetuates the unfounded myth that we live in a Democracy.

Thank Common Core Education. How many ~~years~~ decades since Civics was a standard High School class?
