>Both attorneys, though, are denying that they disclosed any names of witnesses or victims to their clients.

>“I never gave him the name of those people. And he never asked me for it,” lawyer Greg Madey, who is representing 20-year-old Denis Pineda, told Newsday. “I’m offended by the allegation that Denis Pineda had something to do with orchestrating this murder.”

That doesn't mean they didn't give it to someone else who gave it to someone else, etc. or otherwise left that information in a place where someone could access it.

The attorneys should be investigated. Of course, NY State will not do it since they just passed a law allowing disclosure of witnesses' names to the accused.

>The New Way Forward bill has zero percent chance of becoming law.

Shouldn't citizens be more aware of bills that are being introduced in Congress?

Wouldn't a collective awareness put a check on Congresspeople regarding the type of legislation that they introduce?

Funny how she used the exact same argument that someone else posted on the boards yesterday morning.

>Rush is a terrible actor and was obviously acting last night. He looked different. Why act surprised when the whole world knew he would receive that honor? So, who is Rush?
