Anyone else get the feeling POTUS is not actually talking about about the coronovirus?

Just a theory, but if Xi and Trump are working together to round up the Chinese elements of the cabal, this internal crisis/confusion gives Xi the perfect cover to isolate, arrest and take out the black-hats without too much push back.

I know China is a different system, but assume even Xi has to contend with mal-contents.

These new 'wartime conditions' and mass "quaranteen camps" could also have interesting double meanings/useages.
