I'm going to talk about the ethic of Biological warfare.

Biological warfare is absolutely Evil and is a Crime against humanity. But under what circumstance would it be Ok?

This is what I think happen: Military intelligence knew for a long time about the intention of the CCP to use Biological weapon against the west, once theirs Silent war was advance enough. You can call it the Coup the grace that would have brought the "Glorious CCP" to the forefront to save the world from this calamity.

• We know that they had something nasty enough in LA that required Marine to be in Hazmat suit to retrieve it. 5 of February look it up

• We know that the CCP was actively researching, developing AND stealing whatever they could get theirs hand on. (Canada Bio level 4 lab story come to mind and many other….)

• Theirs network of Spy in high level position in the 5 eye country was under surveillance for over a years before they arrested the Canadian RCMP Intel officer. US military intelligence had them by the balls, Feeding them bullshit info and compromising theirs network. So they knew the CCP not only had the mean but also the intent.

So how do you stop an enemy that is determine to use Biological weapon against you? All mean of Diplomacy and threat as been use and they still are going forward.
