Was having a difficult time reconciling why Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond rec'd over $40.6 Million dollars from Qatar. Got my answer on Wiki…. Will be looking to answer the next question; out of all the universities in this country, why was VCU the first to establish a campus in "Education City"? 1998 was the establishment date so WJC was in office. Hmmm.
