I have been rereading the Mueller Report as far as I can tell doesn’t specify how the investigators know Russia is in fact behind DCLeaks and Guccifer 2.0.
It seems to relay on the Netyksho indictment, Crowdstrike's data, and redacted "investigative techniques" (even though we know Mueller didn't investigate the DNC servers himself).

Netyksho indictment seems to be an invented story only to lend credibility to the Mueller Report and the Crowdstike data; while also giving the Democrat controlled media material to damage President Trump politically with. If you read the indictment no evidence is cited. It's all conjecture.
Does anyone know what happened to these 12 Russians? Was anyone ever arrested? Was there ever a trail? Preliminary digs only turn up info on the Indictment. There is no other documentation about these individuals (as far as I can tell) on the DOJ website.
As Q says, their only source was Crowdstike's work. The FBI never investigated the DNC servers themselves..

Therefore, the Muller Report connecting the Russian connections to DCLeaks and Guccier 2.0 are predicated on essentially the Democrat Party’s internal investigation of what happened…
The "great" Robert Muller's entire case is built on this lie. Once you understand this you realize how much of a waste of paper the entire Mueller Report is. The entire case falls apart!
There can be no question when it comes to the credibility of evidence. And the fact that Muller found no conspiracy (which is a crime) between the Trump Campaign and Russia is the loudest and clearest message you can take way from the report.
