That is what they call instrument flying. He was flying special VFR which is NOT instrument flying.
"Fired" from his job at the WH. Not from the Army. Would have to be discharged or go to court martial from this point.
If he committed a crime he will most likely go to court martial. If not, and he has the time in to retire, they will probably let him take that route. Personally I hope the CM.
