I doubt Vindman took any energy money. I think he’s just a dumb fat leftist ideologue who decided he could undermine US foreign policy, as determined by the president.

I don’t know that. I do suspect Hunter was a disbursement point primarily. I suspect politicians or relatives but am eager to see both if and to whom.

And early on, perhaps for all of 2018, the Q board likely muted active duty and veteran anger at the apparent successful coup operations by Democrats (and some Republicans).
The counter-coup was leaked to hold back patriots and channel their efforts.
My own uninformed belief is we are under continuance of operations protocols. I could be completely wrong though.
